What "unlimited Matters" actually means

No allowance. No Matter-count gating. No Test Matters mechanism. Your SureRedact seats let you work across as many SARs, FOIs, EIRs, complaints, and other disclosure Matters as you need. The pricing is per user, not per Matter. Per-pupil counts, per-school counts, and per-trust counts don't change the bill. When the trust grows, you add seats; you don't renegotiate a Matter quota.

Procurement at MAT scale

Pay by Invoice / PO. NET 30 default. BACS via Xero. Annual cadence. Standard public-sector procurement pattern.
Public trust pack. AI Policy, Security overview, Telemetry Transparency, Subprocessors list, and Vulnerability Disclosure are public and pending legal review, each carrying its own version and date; designed to clear MAT-level due diligence in one working day.
