All systems operational.
There is very little here, deliberately. The products run on your own computer, so almost nothing has to be up for them to work — and the rows marked Not built are services we have decided against operating for now, not services that are late.
Release downloads

Releases are published on the Downloads page and signed, so your operating system can confirm origin and integrity: SureRedact 1.0 on 17 June 2026 (macOS), 1.0.1 on 24 June 2026 (macOS + Windows), 1.1.0 on 4 August 2026 (Windows). SureRedact Professional available now on Windows; macOS to follow. The applications do not update themselves — you download a new version when you choose to.
Error reporting
Operational
Handled by Bugsink B.V., EU-resident, listed on the Subprocessors page. On by default with an informed first-run choice, and switchable off at any time in Settings.
Telemetry ingestion
Not built
We do not operate a telemetry service, and no telemetry has ever been transmitted to us. Operational records stay on the operator’s own machine, visible and clearable in Settings. If that ever changes, we give 30 days’ notice first.
Licence verification
Not built
We do not operate a licence-verification service. Licences are issued by hand and verified locally by the application against a signing key it already holds.
Customer portal
Not built
There is no customer portal. Professional is sold by direct enquiry today. Self-service purchasing opens when we build it; nothing is promised for a particular month.
Past incidents
None since launch on 17 June 2026. Security advisories are published under our vulnerability-disclosure policy, and for anything Critical or High we email current customers within one working day of the advisory.
